Shop
Items you may purchase can be found numerous ways: 'Shop by Category', 'Shop by Project' and Product Search. Shopping by category allows you to browse through our products by categories such as "Paint & Varnish" or "Safety Supplies". "Shop by Project" allows you to look at all the products that may be needed for a specific project. On each product page you will need to specify the quantity and add them to your cart.
Review
After each item is added to your cart you will be taken to your cart to confirm that the items and quantities are correct. Please take the time to double check your order. Any items can be easily removed or edited at this time.
Checkout
When you have finished shopping, click on your cart (located at the top-right of any page). Check the items in your cart one last time then click 'Checkout'. From here you will be taken through a progression of steps shown at the top of the page. Next you will select a shipping address or add a new one, select a shipping method, then enter payment information. After all the steps are completed a confirmation screen will appear that shows your complete order, shipping and payment information; this is the last time you can edit this information before the order is placed.
Order Complete
Your order has been placed when you get an order number. If for some reason you do not immediately receive an order number one with be emailed to you as soon as your order is successfully placed.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
We often receive calls from the freight companies with questions/issues about the delivery and we regularly find customers who inadvertently order their resin "out of ratio". A simple phone call can clarify any issues, saving customers from having to place another order to correct an error and eliminating delivery delays.
International Orders
System Three Resins has several dealers in Canada and abroad. We encourage our customers to do business with these dealers. Please check our website or call customer service at 1 800 333 5514 and ask for the name of the dealer nearest you. Doing business locally will avoid direct payment of brokerage and other import fees and might actually save money over buying direct. System Three will sell directly to international customers whenever the customer so desires. Please make payment in US funds via wire transfer, VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The customer is responsible for any brokerage charges, duty, taxes, etc.
Shipping:
When will my order ship?
Usually, orders placed by noon (Pacific Time) are shipped the following business day. Orders shipped by air are shipped the same day when possible. Occasionally an order is held up for a day or two while we wait for inventory to be made. If we anticipate an extended delay, we'll let you know.
Freight Policy
All items are sold F.O.B. Auburn, WA. Actual freight charges will be added to all invoices with a $10.00 minimum regardless of invoice size. A handling charge of $5.00 plus actual freight charges are billed on air shipments (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select). Many of our products incur an additional hazardous charge if they are shipped via air. The choice of freight carriers is solely that of System Three Resins, Inc. The main choices are FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. For large orders, System Three will select a trucking company. Shipments are generally sent freight prepaid with charges added to the invoice. However, if the customer has an account with a trucking company, System Three can ship collect using their account number.
Will you ship my epoxy "Next Day Air?"
Yes. There are some additional fees plus the increased freight charges. Call us for a freight quote.
Will you ship my order with the carrier of my choice?
Maybe. If you have an account with the other carrier and they will pick up your order at our facility.
Can you ship hazardous materials?
Yes. However, we cannot use the US Postal Service.
Can I pick up my order at the factory?
Yes. Please call your order in at least 24 hours in advance. We only cut fiberglass cloth once per day, thus we can’t cut it while you wait. We don’t have a retail store or cash register, please be prepared to pay by check or credit card.
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to Washington State addresses will be charge Washington Sales tax. Due to the destination based sales tax program, we will manually calculate your sales tax. The tax shown in the online ordering system is an estimate.
Methods of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can either mail us a check or we offer "Check By Fax". Call the order line for details. Please do not mail cash.
Will you ship my order COD?
No. Please use a credit card or "Check by Fax."
