Usually, orders placed by noon (Pacific Time) are shipped the following business day. Orders shipped by air are shipped the same day when possible. Occasionally an order is held up for a day or two while we wait for inventory to be made. If we anticipate an extended delay, we'll let you know.
All items are sold F.O.B. Lacey, WA.
For small orders, System Three may ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Freight charges will be shown at checkout from SystemThree.com. If you would like the charges billed to your FedEx or UPS account, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1 800 333 5514.
For large orders, System Three will select a trucking company. Shipments are generally sent freight prepaid with charges added to the invoice. However, if the customer has an account with a trucking company, System Three can ship collect using their account number.
Will you ship my epoxy "Next Day Air?"
Yes. There are some additional fees plus the increased freight charges. Call us for a freight quote.
Will you ship my order with the carrier of my choice?
Maybe. If you have an account with the other carrier and they will pick up your order at our facility.
Can you ship hazardous materials?

Can I pick up my order at the factory?
Yes. Please call your order in at least 24 hours in advance. We don’t have a retail store or cash register, please be prepared to pay by check or credit card.
Orders shipped to California, Washington, and New Jersey addresses will be charged sales tax. The tax shown in the online ordering system is an estimate. We will calculate your exact sales tax upon final invoicing.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal when ordering online.
Will you ship my order COD?
No. Please use a credit card or PayPal.
System Three Resins has several dealers in Canada and abroad. We encourage our customers to do business with these dealers. Please check our website or call customer service at 1 800 333 5514 and ask for the name of the dealer nearest you. Doing business locally will avoid direct payment of brokerage and other import fees and might actually save money over buying direct. System Three will sell directly to international customers whenever the customer so desires. Please make payment in US funds via wire transfer, VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The customer is responsible for any brokerage charges, duty, taxes, etc.
